This 5-part series probes the meaning and relevancy of an 18th century document -- The Bill of Rights -- as it applies to the constantly shifting spectrum of disputes in a contemporary society. Using hypothetical scenarios that mirror real life, these programs explorie ethical, legal and Constitutional challenges arising from date rape, abortion, hate speech, affirmative action and other complex, timely issues.
